Jen Aron:

My farm beginnings started in 2009 on two urban lots in Portland. In 2011, I was asked to instruct for OSU's Beginning Urban Farmer Apprenticeship program, where I mentored over 125 aspiring farmers over the span of 7 years. From 2016 to the present I have been building Blue Raven Farm and learning how to grow in a way that supports soil health, resulting in healthier plants and tastier crops. I am incredibly excited about soil microbiology and how the billions of organisms beneath our feet are the key to a healthier planet.

Casey Aron

Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine are Casey’s full time gig, but he gets to play farmer on occasion when the farm needs an extra set of hands.

Eligh Aron: Mower in chief and always willing to lend a helping hand when we are in need. An incredibly quick transplanter, and always making us laugh when we are in need.

Sunny:

Official farm greeter. Sunny is happiest when nosing through her scrap bucket looking for her produce treats (she has many!) Sunny makes us laugh hourly, making long days on the farm just a little easier.
