Salad Mix

Our signature salad mix includes about 8-10 different greens and changes with the season. This delicious mix is usually sold exclusively to restaurants, however, due to the current COVID19 closures, our salad greens will need to find an alternative home until restaurants open again.

I anticipate selling salad mix by the pound ($10.00 per pound) starting in May, with no season long commitment. Greens are harvested to order, so are delivered vibrant, fresh and typically last about two weeks in the fridge.

Whether you found another CSA to join, or will be procuring your produce from your local market, these greens would be a delicious and healthy addition to your weekly menus.
